Norqava Capital S.A. de C.V. ("Norqava", "we") respects the privacy of the people who visit norqava.com. This document describes how we process personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) of Mexico and its regulations in force in 2026.

We only collect the data you voluntarily share through the subscription form (name and email address), as well as technical information necessary for the operation of the site (IP address, device type, browser and pages visited).

3. Purposes

We use your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects in Mexico, notifications about new towers and developments, regulatory news of the sector and educational content. We do not use your data to make automated decisions or to build credit profiles.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent you give when submitting the form and on the legitimate interest of operating and improving the site.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your informational relationship with Norqava lasts. You can request removal at any time by writing to privacy@norqava.com.

6. Transfers

We do not sell your data. We may share it only with infrastructure providers (email, hosting and analytics) that operate under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.

7. ARCO rights

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to revoke your consent. You can exercise these rights before Norqava's Privacy Unit by sending an email to privacy@norqava.com.
